Castellare di Castellina in Chianti Classico has a tiny production of Vin Santo, the sweet dessert wine of Tuscany which goes so well with strong cheese, but also with dessert or simply on its own. Remember that you can keep Vin Santo bottles open for weeks so no pressure to drink the entire bottle at once, even though hard to resist because so delicious.
