Situated in the Valpolicella Classica, Monte dall'Ora is a small organic winery founded in 1995 by Carlo Venturini and his wife, Alessandra.
The vineyards are grown in terraces supported by dry stonewalls called "Moragne" and are situated in a microcosm of original plant species, weeds and insects that contribute to the balance of land. Aromatic plants such as lavender, but also cherry trees and olive trees are growing next to the typical grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta.
A red of enveloping goodness. To the nose there is a lot of fresh fruit, violet mammola, menthol sprouts and white pepper. On the palate it is pulpy, rich and with a very thin tannin. Organic Wine, made with old style artisanal methods
