This tank method Prosecco comes from the hills of Valdobbiadene where the vineyards are taken care of manually. The Ruge brothers grow only 5 hectares of Glera in the best parts of the region. They take care of all the operations personally from sorting of the grapes to the fermentation with selected yeasts, ageing on the lees and finally the second fermentation to obtain a sparkling. The wine is dry and very delicate with a very fine mousse.
