This is a crispy sparkling with a fine perlage made at the Bortolin family winery in the village of Valdobbiadene. It is made from the Glera grape variety in the Veneto pre-alps region of northern Italy and obtained by the tank method. A high quality Prosecco that is perfect as an aperitif and could also accompany a meal as it is it has low sugar content and is dry in taste (which is what Brut refers to). Remember to serve cold.
