Baldessari was started by two passionate brothers in the 1980'ies. They loved wine and began creating what became one of the first organic wineries in the region. Both in the vineyards and in the winery the approach is to intervene as little as possible and rely on the excellence that natural organic growing may give.
A dry, yet fresh sparly from the territory around Trento that today gives some of Italy's fines sparkling wines. The wine ages on its lees for 36 months giving it the fragrance of freshly baked bread, yet it has notes of exotic fruits.
