Enzo & Claire started their vineyard situated a stone's throw Northeast of Florence. They started from scratch and planted Sangiovese, Teroldego (which is typical of Northern Italy). Now they have also planted Colorino and Canaiolo that are native to Tuscany.
This bright ruby medium bodied red is made mainly from Sangiovese with a little addition of Canaiolo. It's got a lovely bouquet of ripe red and black fruit and the reminiscence of Mediterrean scrub.
