This is our sublime Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo & Olivastro Seggenese varieties in the area "Terre di Siena" DOP. Our selection is completely organic and will be fresh from October 2019. The yield was very low, but the quality excellent
The taste is green and peppery, and is great on its own on bread or in salads, but also great on soups, pastas & meats. The shelf life is officially 1.5 yr from bottling, but can easily last you up to 4 yrs.
The balsamic vinegar is produced in a small family farm outside Modena in Emilia Romagna, and is made primarily from Trebbiano grapes that are warmed as by tradition to reduction over 48 hrs and then aged in open barrels over approximately 10 yrs.
