This is our own balsamic vinegar that comes from a small family farm in Modena. It is made from grape must, cooked down the first days and then aged for around ten years in small barrels. This gives the balsamic its typical thick consistency and incredible intensity. The vinegar is great on salads, grilled greens and meats, but also on delicacies like aged cheese (Parmesan for example), strawberries and peaches just to mention a few.
